Description
A small migratory bird found in areas more remote than the city Montreal.
How to Identify
The intense blue back and head, specially in males during breeding season, together with the rusty red breast are characteristics to identify this bird.
Where When to Spot
Although common, the only time I saw this species was in a remote location in Chambly, Quebec.
