A large park in the heart of Montreal, covering a hill. The park is a very popular destination for the local community to spend some hours outdoors. There are many paths through forests up to and around the mountain. The central lake, Lake Beaver, offers skating in winter and boating in summer.
How to Get Here
I usually take bus 11 from metro station Mont-Royal which brings me to Lake Beaver within a short ride of about 10 minutes. The central location of the park in Montreal provides access from different sides and you can simply walk up to the top.
