Victoriaville

A small town located South-west of Quebec City and East of Montreal. Known for being a gathering point of Snow geese in autumn.

What to See Here?

Grayscale thumbnail indicates low probability to see the species around this time of the year.

I list here what I have been able to identify in the field or later at home with the support of photos taken during the visit.

How to Get Here?

The city is about 3 hours drive away from Montreal. I take the bus which may not be the fastest but the most comfortable way to get there. Arrived in Victoriaville terminal, a 30 minutes walk brings you to Reservoir Beaudet.

We highly advocate using public transportation whenever possible!
