Photography Tips

Access to different areas in the park is though restricted which limits exploration. It isn't allowed to leave the roads and pathways. This rule protects the delicate balance of wildlife diversity in the park but significantly limits photography opportunities.

We've identified three captivating viewpoints for photography enthusiasts within the park.

Near the entrance, there's a picturesque pond nestled amidst natural surroundings, bordered by lush vegetation and adjacent to the forest. Continuing towards the middle of the park to the right, you'll encounter a second viewpoint offering a panoramic vista of a spacious open area juxtaposed with the nearby forest. Finally, veering left from this spot towards the upper end of the park, you'll find a narrow path winding through the forest.

What to See Here

The park has urban area but also large forest area which are habituated by White-tailed Deer (Odocoileus virginianus) among many other animals. In particular, there is a nesting area for Killdeer (Charadrius vociferus) near the ranch in the middle of the park. Further, near the Northern end of the park there is a nesting area for Coopers Hawk (Accipiter striatus).
