Description

A high growing flower, up to 70cm, with 5 glossy yellow petals. This plant species is common around the world. Often seen in meadows and along edges of forests.

Distinguishable characteristics are the intense yellow colour of the 5 petals and the thin and high growing nature of this plant.

Where When to Spot

Around Montreal, I start seeing this flower early June in wildflower meadows and edge of forests along wildflower meadows.
